Cabinet Hardware {The Jewelry of the Kitchen} Giveaway

Cabinet hardware is akin to the finishing touches on an outfit. It is the jewelry that really catches the eye in a kitchen. I’m not a big jewelry person. I only wear my wedding rings on a daily basis. And I have necklaces and bracelets for the days that I actually change out of my work clothes. But, I’ve never been the type of gal to go ga ga over a diamond.

However, I found myself getting starr-eyed while trying to choose our kitchen hardware. I felt like a kid in a candy store because there were so many choices (and yet so little time.) This week I learned that our cabinets will be arriving at the end of the month. And my designer (who really needs to be my personal assistant) gently asked me, “Have you ordered your cabinet hardware yet?” Gulp…umm no. What I wanted to say was, “Seriously? This is the least of my worries! I need to get the walls finished and a floor in our kitchen before I can even think about bling!” That’s when it dawned on me, a Handy Gal can’t do everything! Especially when it comes to jewelry (it’s just not my strong suit.)

With that in mind, I’m asking for your help. Yes, that means you Ms. “I’m Sitting Here at My Computer Drinking My Coffee While I Watch Pretty Handy Girl’s Kitchen Renovation Updates”! And you may be thinking, heck no, I don’t have time to help her. But, what if I told you there might be something in it for you? Hmmm? Are you willing to help me now?!

Here’s the deal, I’m going to show you some of my choices and you help me choose by leaving me a comment below. Then  you can enter to win one of two $100 Gift Certificates to D.Lawless Hardware. And if you are saying, I’m still not going to help her because I’m happy with my cabinet hardware already. Well, what if I told you that D. Lawless sells a lot more than cabinet hardware:

Knobs and pulls are the least of their offerings! Corbels, hinges, switch plates, drawer slides, hooks, pie safe punched tin, casters, shelf brackets, space savers and much more! This is one of my favorite products they sell:

A mixer lift/support

Are you game now?! Here’s how it works:

To help (or further muddy) the decision making process, I’ve put together this mood board with some of the other materials and fixtures that I’m using in the kitchen.

I think I just fell in love with a diamond. It would make a beautiful earring, don’t you think?

And that bronze cup pull, it just sings “tug me.” Gahhhhhh! Is it okay to mix styles? I seriously need your help on this decision.

Can I help it if I look at hardware and immediately think jewelry? Didn’t you see a necklace pendant, too?

  1. I vote E!

  2. I really love style C, and thus am casting my vote for C. :)

  3. Anna Marie P says:

Choice C….go with your heart! (I like that one the best, too!)

  4. Cherie Emerick says:

    1. I chose between C and E… you will have to blind fold me to make to decision.
    2. You so need to come to the house to help me redo my cabinets!!

  5. i think i like A the best… i just cant get over the little pretty details on the knob

  6. Stephanie Cleveland says:

I vote C. I recently re-did an antique dresser to a buffett and put the glass knobs on it and it’s absolutely gorgeous! And now I want glass knobs to replace all my ugly contractor pack silver kitchen knobs. Sooo, pretty please p ick me!

  7. LOVE the glass knobs! :)

  8. Tough choice! I really like them all! I love bronze and copper together. Hmmm….I think choice B, the bronze with copper highlights cup pull and knobs. However, that may be because that’s exactly what I want in my kitchen.

  9. Tough choice…they are all great options! I think B is my favorite, loving the bronze with copper highlights.

  10. I LOVE choice A! Even though I really like those “diamonds”, I think choice A looks like a really good match to each other.

  11. Choice C. I’m looking for glass knobs myself!

  12. Those bronzed cupped door handles….mmmm…speak to me oh metal one !!!…lol

  13. Leslie F. says:

I adore the glass knobs and think they would be gorgeous in your kitchen. That being said, between choice C and E, I like the bronze cup pull the best and would go with choice E!

  14. Love the glass knobs! I vote for E.

  15. I just moved into my new reno, and know what you’re going through.
I like both C and E, love the glass knobs!
I would go with C as it matches your sink faucet.
Good luck, you’re doing a great job!

  16. My vote is for A… but I like the drawer pull from D better than the one from A…

  17. LOVE the glass knobs!!! Choice C or E

  18. I love C & E, all because of the glass knobs. GORGEOUS!!!
I would pick whichever handles match the faucet best. I can’t wait to see your completed kitchen!

  19. I really like choice B the best — my worry with the glass knob is that it may look … sorry, but plastic…and it just seems old fashion to me. I think choice B goes well with your faucet and lighting fixture.

  20. I love C or E! I believe it’s because it contrasts more than the others while adding sparkle at the same time. :)

  21. If you love, love C, then do it. But honestly, I’d go with D.
I think from a selling standpoint, D looks classier, But if you love the look of C, then do that.

  22. I like choice D with the glass knob to be used for doors instead of cabinets. Second choice would be B.

  23. I vote for Antique Copper Cup Pull and Ridge Knob Antique Copper!

  24. I vote for C. Second choice would be E.

  25. I like the pull from E, but I like knob B.

  26. april d. says:

    Dang I can’t decide between C & E!

  27. Definitely C, it has the screw heads like A right? I love those pulls with the screw heads. Those glass knobs are lovely.

  28. E!

  29. After my post about my choice, I noticed D. Lawless is located near where I live! Awesome!

  30. Meredith says:

To be honest I fell in love with A and didn’t want to look any further, but then I did and saw the glass knob! Still like A the bests but the glass would be beautiful with those countertops!

  31. D is my favorite by far! :-)

  32. Love them all but B is my favorite. Cannot wait to see your kitchen when its completed. Your countertops, backsplash and all is gorgeous!

  33. Elizabeth says:

I have to say I love that crystal knob! But I also really like the copper. I can’t decide between D & E… I also feel like the glass might be easier (?) to keep clean, long-term.

  34. I love all your selections. My favorite is D.

  35. Randilynnbruun says:

I say, go with the pewter. It looks great with the faucet you’ve chosen.

  36. Definitely mix it up! I have always loved copper (my childhood home had copper hardware — how I wish I’d saved them when I renovated for my Mom!). I choose E – sparkle and copper!

  37. What a great giveaway! I love every single thing on your mood board. Cannot wait to see your finished kitchen! My choice for hardware would probably be E tho I like D also. Love the glass knob.

  38. I love D. I think the copper looks amazing with your cabinet color.

  39. Thena Sky says:

    E. No contest. The glass knob is timeless. You simply won’t tire of it and the copper goes beautifully with the entire pallet.

  40. Marissa Binnebose says:

I like Choice A and Choice C! I would love to win the hardware because I just bought a new place and it was built in 1994 and everything is super out-dated!

  41. Anne Marie says:

Definitely E – love the glass knobs.

  42. I actually had a similar decision with the color/style of the pulls in my kitchen( I didn’t think of using the glass knobs, but I could still change!) Definitely the antique pewter with the glass. Especially if the faucet is the dark color. I am just too much of a southern gal I guess, but I want everything to at least coordinate if not match. Can’t help it, was just brought up to match your earrings with your outfit and your handbag with your shoes.

  43. Nicole W says:

I LOVE option C! The glass knob made me swoon. Almost literally!

  44. Bronze with Copper Highlights Cup Pull and Clear Octagon Cut Glass Knob

  45. Elizabeth G. says:

    Option A!

  46. I like the knob from A and the pull from B best, but if it has to be one of those combinations, then B. It’s going to look great with any of them. I love those pendants.

  47. Wynter Weaver says:

Option C for sure! Pewter is my fav and the combination witth he glass knob makes it so much more interesting, plus it’s the same mixture you’ve already got going with your mood board!

  48. E…LOVE that glass knob.

  49. I like the Antique Copper Pull with Screw Heads and French Lace Venetian Bronze Knob! Those are pretty!

  50. Choice C for sure! Happy Weekend!!

  51. I started entering this about 30 minutes ago…but that bright shiny mixer lift caught my eye. I LOVE that!

  52. Love E! Old time look w/class :)

  53. Yes, indeed…fashion and home decor go hand in hand.

I LOVE A. D looks a lot like what I have and I really like it. If you love the glass knob and copper pull…you should go for it! It ‘s your home.

  54. I’m a big fan of choice e…love the mix of the shiny crystal and the not so shiny pull. Good luck!

  55. I like Choice B the most. Love your design board too!

  56. Michelle says:

I love Choice C with the glass knob. I think it would complement the glass pendant light if you end up choosing that.

  57. I love bronze like you…however, the combination of C really struck me especially paired with the other features in the kitchen. Can’t wait to see how it turns out.

  58. mary anne says:

E!! I love the glass knobs.

  59. Amber E. says:

I’d say C. They nicely complement the faucet and pendant light!

  60. I like choice B the best.

  61. Knauffie says:

I choose the bronze with copper highlights, but they are ALL so lovely. Very difficult to choose! We re-did our kitchen a year ago, and now I think we went with very boring knobs. Have fun choosing. It’s the best part.

  62. I like choice C

  63. My choice would definitely be C. I love those glass knobs and the contrast between the knob and the pull makes it more interesting.
It’s a whole lot easier making a choice for someone else!

  64. I love the cabinet color with the bronze. my favorite choice is number 2. And why don’t you center the knobs on your cabinet doors instead of the traditional way? Mine are positioned t
In the center and I love the way they look!

  65. I think the glass knobs are really pretty but I just don’t think they go with any of the door pulls. The combo I like best with your other kitchen choices is B. Good luck deciding!

  66. Choice E, because I like it best, and because YOU seem to like it best, too!

  67. Definitely option e!

  68. I like Choice A. I like the filigree on the knob and the screw detail on the pulls!

  69. Great inspiration board! I really like C. , the antique pewter cup pull and the clear octagon cut glass knob. However, any of them will be really nice.

  70. Definitely C, after all, diamonds are a girls best friend!

  71. Kathleen McLain says:

I like A, but I also love crystal knobs and cup pulls. Not much help am I?

  72. I enjoy the mix of old and new. You don’t see many of the beautiful glass knobs anymore and I love that you are considering them for your new kitchen. I have been redoing my kitchen along with you. I am now at the hardware phase and have considered hand painted knobs from a small independent who does really colorful and unique pieces. I would like to pair them with the oiled bronze as well. I say go for option E. It suits your personality and your eyes sparkle when you talk about it!!

  73. Janalyn H. says:

I love choice B. I think I will do that in my kitchen.

  74. I have always been a succer for copper and I hope it comes back, til then I do like the glass knob. The rubbed bronze have seen their day I think.

  75. Definitely option E! Even my husband agrees! :) Unless there is another cup pull that is a closer match color to the faucet.

  76. D will compliment the faucet!

  77. Jillian H says:

    I think option B!

  78. Karen Schroeder says:

    Hands down….E!!!

  79. You can’t miss with any of these. All good choices. But, I’m going with D. I can see why you like the glass pull. Yes, it’s pretty, but I have some emotional baggage attached to it. Partly from living in various old houses with glass doorknobs that always said “old old old” to me, but not in cool vintage way. And I have a cheesy version of this on the vanity door directly across from my…..toilet. Which has nothing to do with you so go ahead and choose whatever you like. But what will it look like after many sticky hands have grabbed it? Then again, it will be easier to clean then the cup pull, which is a very practical consideration to keep in mind. But with 4 cup pulls, you seem to be leaning in that direction. Why can I never comment in four words like other women?

  80. At first I thought choice B, then I saw choice E. Love that knob! Choice E all the way!

  81. Lou Ann Bremers says:

I prefer B but you seem to love the glass knobs and mixing the metals seems to be the thing these days. I am more old school I guess. I got a new bronze with red highlites faucet in my guess bath and ended up getting puls to match that for the cabinets in that bath. I am redoing 4 pieces of furniture for my master bedroom and purchased my knobs and pulls for D. Lawless because they had what I wanted and their price was the best. I’d dearly love to win that gift certificate.

  82. Hands down option EEEEEE! sparkle in the kitchen is Good. I like C too but think that the darker cup pull offers to much contrast. I spent the most money in my kitchen per square inch on my knobs….recycled glass and lead free pewter in multiple shades of green. I paired up shades on paired cabinets but used 5 different shades in kitchen total. Lighter greens on ivory top cabs, deeper olives and blue greens on sage base cabinets. LLOVVEE them. My counters are Oasis blue marble…which is ivory with blue gray veining…so i obviously loved your mood board! Good luck, love watching the progress.

  83. help i don’t tweet can i still enter?

  84. Linda Jowers says:

My first choice is B because I tend to go conservatively matching, but E would be a close second even for me. I’m just guessing that E might be one of your top choices too. Good luck with your final kitchen look.

  85. I love the glass and oil rubbed bronze! I have them in my kitchen. You can see them in my home tour and before and after pics on my website! I LOVE them!!! A little bling here and there is the best!!!

  86. Diane Kojabash says:

OK, I like the darker copper and the glass knob – just fab! However, can you try that handle in black? Just want to know if it’s a possible choice. You know, a little black in every room!

  87. I like d after looking at you color scheme. I am usually drawn to classic more then bling and am afraid bling woiuld be too much on a lot of cabinets

  88. I like e. I also like the look of glass. Maybe I need to change out my hardware in my kitchen. Our cabinets and hardware were already ordered when we bought the house so we didn’t get to choose.

  89. Amber Parrish says:

Choice E! The glass knobs and the bronze/copper look gorgeous together. I think they’ll look gorgeous together and with the other choices you’re making in the kitchen

  90. I like B

  91. I really like Choice D. It is a really classic look. Thanks for the great giveaway.

  92. Your kitchen will be fabulous when it;’ finished!
I love the choices you’ve made.
    My favorite choices are B.
I would love to be included in your drawing!

  93. Cyndia Montgomery says:

I love option C. The bin pull finish is reflected in the faucet and who doesn’t love a little glass bling? Gorgeous finishes!

  94. Jerri C. TN says:

I like D…. the copper would look great with the floors too. I put glass knobs in my laundry room w/ bronzed pulls on drawers & while it’s beautiful… I am not loving it like I thought I would.

  95. I’m LOVING the antique pewter, so my vote is definitely “c”. Gorgeous. The glass knob is pretty, too.

I always love help, but especially when it helps me figure out what I really love, not to pick what someone else loves. Good luck with all the work you have yet to do, and with your design. I hope before too much longer you will be enjoying the fruits of your labor!

  96. Option E! I LOVE glass knobs, they are awesome. And bin pulls are great on drawers.
Can’t wait to see the finished product!

  97. I’d chose….. “C”. Love the sparkle of the knob and the darker pewter finish on the pulls.

  98. Brittany,
Love your choices – I think I some I like for my cabinets! It would probably be cheating to say you couldn’t go wrong with any of those choices, wouldn’t it? :) To go with you darker faucet and the metal in the hanging pendant light, I like the combination of the bronze w/ copper highlight pull with the French Lac venetian knobs. I love the glass knobs, but the concern in MY kitchen with those, as they have hollow opening, would be dirt and “fuzzies” that would require cleaning out the knob centers on regular basis (think grease, steam, etc. trapping dust). They look like they might be a pain to clean. The Venetian Lace add a little bling with their etchings without the dirt trapping. Good luck on choosing!

  99. Oh my gosh! I’m a knob and handle junkie too! Your kitchen is going to be so pretty! I’m a Tiffany kinda girl when I get the paint out of my hair. I love A and E. thanks for the giveaway!

  100. Definitely choice “C.”

  101. Mix it up – that glass knob is awesome!

  102. Carla S. says:

I love E. that’s just me I guess. We are in the process of re doing our kitchen and I’m going with red glass knobs.

  103. I really like E. I love your color choices for the kitchen, can’t wait to see it all finished.

  104. Kami Chalovich says:

The last combo!! Love mixing styles, LOVELOVELOVE the glass knobs. Actually what I have in mind for my new kitchen….

  105. I like B or E. Personally I adore glass knobs and would put them on every drawer in our home if my husband would let me! Unfortunately, he’s not a fan but, to stop my pleading, he did cave in a little and let me put them on our master bathroom cabinet doors!

  106. What great colors! And look at those knobs. At first I thought D because is’t “safe”. Then I saw E and wow! Go for it! Much more character and interest!

  107. Angela Stacy says:

I would choose E. The glass knobs are classy!

  108. E! Love the cabinet color

  109. E for sure!

  110. Choice D all the way!! Love them both

  111. I like C… love the darker pulls :)

  112. I love choice D, because I”m a big copper fan! I think that one shows the copper better and looks great with everything else in your new kitchen. I also love the glass pull, IF you could keep it clean (hello, Windex!). Mixing it up is what keeps life interesting!! The lighter antique copper cup pull seems to work better with the glass.

  113. Choice E, I think the drawer pull best matches that awesome faucet from Delta and I love the contrast of the glass pull.

  114. “The Jewelry of the Kitchen” – I am so stealing that phrase! You must use that glass knob! I say mix it up.

  115. Love choice B. it looks best with the other items selected…at least in the pictures!

  116. Roxanne Hill says:

I am telling you this as if… GIRLFRIEND to GIRLFRIEND (which means my honest opinion and not what you want to hear)

After studying your “mood” board, I realized something is throwing me off!
The marble is…. or is it the pendent light!

Yikes, (to me) the marble has to go or the pendent light has to match the faucet metal using a clear glass shade. To me, the two do not work together as they are now. I’m not sure where the marble is going or how much of it is being used, but (to me) it does not go with the browns in your pendent lighting (the glass shade particularly)!

I say NO NO NO to the crystal knobs in this case! Firstly, because they do not go with your pendent lighting glass. Secondly, because its in a kitchen (hard to keep clean). Thirdly, because (again, only to me) they say old fashion.

You need pulls that will tie together your faucet metal and pendent metal, since they do not match. In which case…. I SAY B!!! (HOWEVER… if the knob in selection “A”, matches the pull in “B”, I would choose “A” knob over “B” knob)

    Just my honest opinion, Girlfriend!
Love what you do, keep up the great work!!

  117. I would choose E. I am a big fan of glass. It would be awesome to see it in both a glass knob and drawer pull.

  118. Cindy Fitch says:

Love choice E. Your space is going to be amazing!

  119. I would suggest the bronze with copper highlights pull with the glass knob.

  120. I really LOVE letter E. I really like mixing the types types of kitchen “jewelry”. Really great idea!

  121. L. E. Bruce says:

I love choice “E,” no question. But if I were choosing for myself, I would be tearing my hair out in a frenzy of indecision.

  122. I personally love the antique pewter mixed with the glass knobs! :-)

  123. I like A but I can tell you like E and you should chose what you love.

  124. Zan Caperton says:

If you like E then you should choose it. I like B best.

  125. I love choice C. Something about the darker pull with the glass knob. I agree that the glass knobs are fabulous!

  126. I like D and E – not in any specific order. In your spare time I think you should design a line of earrings based one cupboard knobs!

  127. E! I love it, and it would never have been something I would have picked and thought I would like (I’m into matchy-matchy….I know a decorating “don’t”). I think they are both gorgeous!

  128. Have to say that given your mood board, I’m leaning towards Choice E. They would compliment both your faucet and your pendant lights to the max!

  129. I think I did all that you asked Brittany. I so want the Kitchenaid mixer lift….I NEED that lift. I can’t think of a better and more handy thing in a kitchen than this. Their products are gorgeous & I love love all your choices, great taste Brittany!

  130. Shell We says:

Gah! I’m torn between playing it safe with A & going all out with E. Go for it & do E. Love the choices you’ve made so far. Just wondering what’d it take to steal you away to TX & redo my kitchen & hopefully wont find what you did.

  131. Gotta agree with your choice. Love that “diamond” !!! Drawer pull is beautiful, too. Is that to go with your light fixture, computer colors are so deceiving. Your faucet appears here to be a brushed nickel ? Anyway I love the way you wear your jewelry. If/when my kitchen gets done-a long ways off- cha-ching-I’ll be mixing the same styles! Hope this helps.

  132. I like the antique pewter pull because it goes well with the faucet and the glass knobs go well with the light pendants. Good luck with the renovation!

  133. I think you already know which ones you really want and you just dont’ know it yet! But if I had to say, I think choice B goes the best with the other items in your mood board. I do love the glass knob alot too though!

  134. The copper looks beautiful as does the bronze with copper highlights.

Can’t wait to see how it turns out Brittany :)

  135. cheryl Williamson says:

I like the A ones. Hope u lik the same ones. Good luck on which one you pick. I can’t wait to see the finished project.

  136. I hope you don’t get totally confused after hearing all the suggestions! I did something similar to this once on my blog and was – I think the pewter pull is wonderful but like several have said- I bet you know which one in your heart is the right choice! You have to live with the choice and they are all great so don’t think you can go wrong with any of them!

  137. Kathleen says:

    I think choice C.

  138. Dorothea says:

I’m lovin’ Choice E! Awesome giveaway!

  139. As I started scrolling through the choices, I really liked A for the coloring of the metal. Further scrolling made me think that felt safe, so I’m picking E. I like the mixing of materials and think this ‘jewelry’ would look fab with your pendant light and and a touch of sparkle to your cabinetry. Have fun and thanks for the give away.

  140. Deb Cazzetta says:

first I have to say I love everything on yur mood board. I would have to choose C or E. I love the glass knobs, I think with all of the classic items you have choosen especially the honed marble, the glass knobs would be classic and timeless. Can’t wait to see the finished product. have fun!

  141. I like choice C. The beautiful sparkly glass and the almost black “antique pewter” not only contrast with each other but also really stand out against the white cabinets, just like jewelry should. Love the idea of using two different styles! Jewelry that matches is so passe!

  142. I like choice C. The sparkly glass knob with the almost black “antique pewter” not only contrast with and therefore compliment each other, they also show beautifully against the white cabinets. Matching decor (and jewelry) is so passe!

  143. Tough one, but I think E.

  144. DRTVrMoi says:

    I vote for ‘E’

  145. I love the clear octagon cut glass knobs with the antique copper cup pull without the screw heads. I think it gives a little touch of eclecticness to the whole look of the kitchen. It’s going to be beautiful! Good luck:)

  146. I like choice B. Pretty and easy to clean.

  147. Love the glass knobs

  148. i’m torn! i think my choice is option c. i love the glass knob! i also really like the knob from option a too though. that is where i’m torn. good luck deciding! i’m glad we’re nowhere close to redoing our kitchen so i don’t have to make a decision yet!

  149. Beth Grove says:

I like choice E simply because that’s the choice your artistic eye and heartstrings were pulling toward. Tha tells me you’d be happiest with those styles. And since it’s your kitchen jewelry…..

  150. I vote that you go with your last choice. Since you are planning on living in your home for a long while, not selling after you fix it all up, I think you should throw caution to the wind and go with what you love. If after awhile you hate your knobs you can always change them. This isn’t a hard thing to change later. It’s like painting your walls – easy to do, easy to change.

  151. C for me!

  152. Choice E Love the glass knobs….i want them!

  153. I love E, the copper is my usual choice but that glass is beautiful. Good selection. Di

  154. Diamond one !

  155. I like D…a bit of shine to the drawer pulls lets them stand out a bit.

  156. For me, it would be “E” all the way. Although I do like the very first knob, too. Maybe… You can change out some of the cabinet doors to have glass inserts and put the glass knobs on those, then use the French Lace Venetian Bronze Knob on the doors which are still solid?

This is what I would do because I if I fall in love with two things, I want to have them both.

  157. Definitely Choice D for me! Xx

  158. Lissa Barrette says:

I choose E. Bronze with copper Highlights goes best with you faucet and lamp. And what can I say about the diamond. Love it!!

  159. Alice Birchfield says:

C for me too. I think it goes best with your spigot or faucet choice.

  160. Lindsey Jo says:

I love Choice A for your kitchen! The little detail in the French Lace Venetian Knob adds a little something “extra” to your cabinets. Also, the copper pull seems to give it a bit of a dainty touch. It shows off your cabinet without being overwhelming, but your attention is still drawn because of it’s gleam and light touch :)

  161. Really liking that bronze dawer pull.

  162. I like the Antique Pewter Cup Pull and Clear Octagon Cut Glass Knob combo. I think it is perfectly okay to mix and match!

  163. Mandy Barbee says:

I’m a glass knob fan, so I have to vote for E!

  164. I’m just excited to see this and have a chance to win. Thank you and Lawless Hardware.. Gotta Love It!!

  165. I love the Antique Copper Pull with screw heads and Glass knob. I say get what YOU love. Yes, it’s ok to mix. Whatever makes your heart sing is the way to go

  166. I would definitely choose A! Beautiful!

  167. I would pick choice D.

  168. I would go for E without a backward glance. The combo ties beautifully to the faucet and the pendant, and adds some happy sparkle all around to make it uniquely yours.

  169. Sharon Pursley says:

I like either the bronze and copper cup or the antique pewter cup – whichever most closely compliments the faucet so you would not be introducing to many finishes into the space. Definitely go with the glass octagon knob. Your kitchen is going to look spectacular!!

  170. Sharon Pursley says:

OOPS!!! I mean “introducing TOO many finishes” of course. Man – that is one of my pet peeves. Can’t believe I did that.

  171. Queen Mary says:

I totally need to win this! My daughter and I love jewelry and when she moved we went to find a thrift dresser that she re-did, and we/she chose different knobs, well 2 of each for 5 dresser drawers. Besides, you know those ones that look like cut glass? My grandmother had those doorknobs and I always thought we were really rich because we have diamonds for doorknobs! I love them! Those and sock monkeys, she had sock monkeys in the attic where we stayed. Oh, and I’ve turned my son onto your site! He’s getting very DIY suddenly. :)

  172. Cheri Berry says:

B is my favorite. They are all lovely, but I just prefer B.
I would love to win this from D. Lawless Hardward… what a fun place to shop!
Thanks for the chance, and for bringing us along on your kitchen “adventure!”

  173. Suz Poufcas says:

OMG no doubt go with C it will look so good with your other choices. This is such a great project sure which I could do the same thing…NEW KITCHEN what fun! what ever your choice is it will look fabulous I am sure. Suz

  174. I was going to say C because I thought the glass knob would be perfect with you other choices for the kitchen. Then I saw E and there is no doubt; the combination of the glass knob and the brass pull would look fantastic in your kitchen. I’m painting my kitchen cabinets soon and I was going to just give the pulls and knobs I have a good cleaning. The pulls are bronze looking (they were already here) and I like them; but you gave me a great idea with those glass knobs. We live in an older home and some of our built ins have glass knobs too. Good luck with your choices. I love your blog!

  175. I love E!!! The combination is perfect :)

  176. I like the look of B.

  177. I LOVE E…but I wonder how hard they would be to keep looking nice and clean in a kitchen. Something to think about. I may have to snag some for my office, though!

  178. Go with your gut! Glass knobs work great with the drawer pulls.

  179. C definitely! I think it’s a classy look that’s timeless!

  180. What a great variety of choices!

  181. As I was looking at each selection, I though ” I would put that glass knob with the bronze/ copper pulls… Then I saw choice E and laughed!! Have you ever gotten something caught on those metal knobs? Maybe I am a clutz but I even caught my watch chain on one once! Make sure the pulls go with the other metals you are choosing. My vote is E!

My vote is Choice E!

  183. Mary Hall says:

My choice is A. I like the combination of cabinet color and the hardware.

  184. Laurie B says:

I’m leaning towards B, but the glass knob is also pretty. Go with it!

  185. megan turner says:

bronze copper cup, clear glass octagon! now I need to redo mine!

  186. C or E. I can’t tell which pull goes better with your faucet.

  187. Debbie w says:

I liked b. thanks for the chance to win!

  188. C , love those glass knobs!

  189. Debbie W. says:

E is my choice. For me the metal needs to be darker to coordinate with yhe metal in the facet and the light fixtures.

  190. Debbie W. says:

E is my choice. For me the metal needs to be darker to coordinate with the metal in the facet and the light fixtures.

  191. E!

  192. Jane Gilmore says:

I vote for C – the antique pewter really compliments the dark bronze of the faucet, and I love that clear glass knob. I think that mixing the two makes the kitchen look like it evolved over time – not too matchy. Good luck with the rest of the renovation – your mood board is beautiful – especially the white diamond material!!

  193. Stephanie says:

C! C! C! Love it! Honestly, any would look great. But I would PICK C!!! :)

  194. mary fanara coleman says:

I love old looking glass knobs.

  195. It’s B for me!

  196. Suzanne S. says:

    My vote is E

  197. I love the pull in the bottom right of the photo, the black insert wrapped in silver-ish metal, but can’t find it on their web site.

  198. Choice C is my pick!!

  199. Choice B.

  200. TOTALLY choice E!!! :)

    Love all the options though!!!

  201. Steph Couponsx says:

I love choice E! the glass knob is gorgeous!

  202. Alexis Peck says:

I love clear knobs.. soooo doing those

  203. D Schmidt says:

I would pick the Bronze with Copper Highlights Cup Pull

  204. DebbieKL says:

    The Bronze!

  205. I’m torn between choice C and E. The glass knobs are a definite in my book. And they’re octagons! We’re refacing our cabinets this spring and I also need to go shopping for some kitchen bling :) I’ll have to go check out D. Lawless now!

  206. I would choose ‘E’—-It’s got class!!!

  207. Decisions, decisions! I’m thinking E, with a second choice of A. Love all of your ideas. I’m excited for you!

  208. christina says:

    E all the way!

  209. I have to say Choice B. I know you love the glass door knobs, but I think they would be better served on an “antique buffet” – in the color of the flooring in the kitchen…a nice golden oak! I know you love Choice E, but I think B would really pull together the colors of the pendant lights and the cork flooring. Thanks for the opportunity! Good luck!

  210. Pretty handy girl ,shows unique designer features for the home ,I love it and this hardware company ,she shows off on her facebook, site ,I especially love the glass tourquoise hardware, and the glass hardware she shows holding it by her face like earrings in her photo ,
too funny,, they maybe too big for earrings but lovely on any furniture or cabinets!!..,

  211. I really adore choice A. I have a thing for copper. They are all stunning options though.

  212. dragongirl says:

I love the copper best – seems like it would go with about any color choice downroad. Great with warm or cool colors. Of course, so would that gorgeous glass knob, although it makes the kitchen more ‘retro’, IMHO.

  213. Susan Surman says:

My choice would be “B” the Bronze with Copper Highlights Cup Pull and Bronze with Copper Highlights Knob. It better matches the finish of the kitchen faucet and will tie the finishes together. I love the glass knobs and would use the combination of the glass and Bronze/Copper hardware if the decor was of an eclectic flavor and yours seems more of a traditional and elegant decor. Your choice of textures and surfaces are brilliant and have given me some great ideas for my own kitchen remodeling. What a mess it’s been but I can’t wait till it’s finished because I’m doing it myself with the help of great friends!

  214. Choice C looks classic – I love that look!

  215. Absolutely Choice B! The colors really bring out the best in each other – cabinet paint and hardware.

  216. GJ Livingston says:

LOVE THIS….Definitely the Bronze and Copper with the Cut Glass

  217. I’m all for mixing styles. I love that glass knob. My favorite pull is Option A, the copper with screw heads. You have a tough, yet fun decision ahead of you.

  218. Choose B!

  219. Choice D is lovely!

  220. I like Choice “E”. I love all the metal but I think you need a glass knob to tie in the beautiful glass pendant. Good luck, all the choices are gorgeous!

  221. Choice D, that copper looks so classy!

  222. I would totally do the combo. I just finally put cabinet hardware on my kitchen cabinets & wanted to put antique glass knobs, but it just didn’t work with all of the modern elements of our new build. I think the glass & copper pulls look gorgeous with the other materials picked!

  223. Stephanie Hobson says:

I vote for “E”, the combo.

  224. I say the Antique Pewter Cup Pull and Clear Octagon Cut Glass Knob

  225. Becky Barker says:

I just wanted to add this morning, after a nice little crash on my pc last p.m. that I think you should choose the first ones, the French Venetian Bronze Knob . Here is what I would do different, it is not in the hardware choice but the cabinets themselves. I think it would pick up some sparkle by doing a very light metalic glaze , dry brushing just around the inside box of your cupboard doors. That is what would bring together the great shine off the new lighting. Sometimes it is the smallest detail that pulls the room together, but that is just my opinion. Great choices otherwise, keep up the good work.
    Sincerely, Becky
