Want an easy and inexpensive gift idea to give out as a hostess gift for those upcoming holiday parties? How about Mosaic Tile Coasters? They are quick and easy to make. Last month, for my Lowe’s Creative Idea I created a unique lamp shade with mosaic glass tile. I had some leftover sheets and decided to make these coasters with the leftovers. Follow along to learn how to make another great Lowe’s Creative Idea.

Heat up the hot glue gun. When the glue is hot, spread a lot of the glue onto the back of the mesh.

Immediately press the cork onto the back of the tile before the glue can cool. Press down on the cork as the glue hardens.

Do you happen to know the brand of the tile used in this video. We put up a backsplash with it 5 years ago and need a few feet for a remodel project. We have been looking for weeks to try and identify it. Lowes hasn’t been able to help, it’s too old for them.
