Without further ado, take it away Michelle!
Between leaky master bathrooms on move in day…
(to include a still-in-progress archway)…
Through the years my tastes evolved from pretty princess to bold neon polka dots, but on my 15th birthday I was ready for a “grown up room” and my sweet mother gifted me this mirror.

Good morning sweetie, thank you so much for the blog swap! Hope you have a fabulous weekend!
Sounds like a lot of work and tons of fun. Love the arch and your porch is gorgeous. Your mirror is stunning, how wonderful to have memories for your new home. Hugs, Marty
I confess when I first started reading this post I thought it very sad that Michelle's husband had no head. ;o)
But he and the dining room ceiling appear to have made a full recovery so that's OK.
Absolutely LOVE that arch Michelle, and the mirror looks great… are those tin tiles in the reflection ? I really like the cream with the greeny/grey colour.
Having done many of the same sort of projects myself I wish you good luck with all the work to come..
I'm off now to see what you've done so far and look forward to following your progress in the future.
Jo xx
I have that same exact mirror and was just thinking about painting it a cream color the other day! Wild. It looks great!
This is really useful stuff, thanks a lot for the blog. I’ve been reading up on ways to improve my house valuation before putting it up for sale and these are the kind of money saving tips I’m after. I know that all the money in the world can get you that modern and luxury look but if you just want a quick patch up before putting your house on the market, you really only want quick and practical tips.
